Working with MICRO
OEM orders, packaging and delivery
Bring the drawing, quantity, inspection requirements and packing needs together so that quotation and delivery follow the same agreement.

MICRO is an OEM manufacturer of precision shafts, pins, bushings, spacers and custom metal turned parts. We make to your drawing, sample and technical requirements; the website examples are not standard stock. Start with a clear inquiry, then confirm the technical and commercial details for your order. The drawing, material, manufacturing route, quantity and scheduling determine what can be quoted and when it can be delivered.
Send the inquiry and drawing together
Use the inquiry form to describe the part, quantity, application and requirements. You receive an inquiry reference after submission. Email drawings to [email protected] with that reference so the files can be associated with the inquiry. Engineering reviews manufacturability and may ask questions before preparing the quotation. For repeat work, identify the current revision and explain any change from the previous requirement.
- State the material and treatment specification if already defined.
- Highlight critical dimensions, special inspection and required quality documents.
- Include your target delivery date and any packing or destination requirements.
Agree the order before work starts
Review the quoted drawing revision, quantity, sample work, manufacturing requirements and delivery assumptions. Samples are paid and agreed before work starts. Confirm whether sample review is needed before the production stage and how your team will communicate acceptance. Payment terms, transport arrangements, charges and trade terms are confirmed for the order; a website inquiry does not establish those terms by itself.
Connect production with the inspection plan
The manufacturing route can include material preparation, cutting, turning, precision grinding, knurling and specified treatment, according to the part. Inspection follows the drawing and agreed plan. Camera sorting covers defined appearance and dimensional items. If your receiving team requires particular inspection, material or treatment records, request them when the order is reviewed so that their scope can be confirmed before delivery.
Specify the packing your receiving process needs
Our stated packing approach uses plastic bags inside export cartons, with pallets or customer packing specifications where agreed. Tell us about any required separation of parts, protection of critical surfaces, pack quantity, label fields or destination handling constraints. If moisture protection or a particular corrosion-control method is necessary, state the required condition and ask for the method to be confirmed. Do not assume a universal protection period from a packaging photograph.
- Identify surfaces or features that need protection during handling.
- Agree pack quantities, label information and any batch separation.
- Confirm transport, destination and packing requirements together.
Keep changes visible through delivery
If the revision, quantity, treatment, packing or required date changes, ask for the effect on the confirmed order to be reviewed. Agree which references should appear on the cartons and accompanying documents to support your receiving checks. On receipt, compare the goods and agreed records with the order. If a quality issue is found, contact MICRO with the order details so that quality and engineering can investigate and agree the next steps.

Questions before you enquire
Can I order a part directly from the website photos?
The photos show made-to-drawing work rather than standard stock. Send your drawing or sample requirements for engineering review and quotation.
Is a delivery date fixed when I submit an inquiry?
No. Delivery timing is confirmed for the order after reviewing the drawing, material, processes, quantity and scheduling. Include your target date in the inquiry.
Can you follow our packaging specification?
Customer packaging specifications can be reviewed for the order. Send the required protection, pack quantities, label fields and transport conditions with your inquiry.
