Turned parts we make

We produce custom round metal parts on Swiss-type and CNC lathes. Turning is combined with drilling, milling, grinding, heat treatment and surface treatment as your drawing requires. Typical parts include worms, small gears, threaded parts and sleeves.

We focus on turned parts. Please send the drawing so that engineering can confirm the part suits our processes.

Materials and treatments

Please state the material grade, standard and condition on your inquiry. Heat treatment and surface treatment are confirmed for the specific part and material during review.

Quality and documentation

Parts are inspected against your drawing and inspection plan. PPAP and Cpk analysis can be provided by project.

We specialise in turned parts, with milling and drilling as additional operations. Please send your drawing and we will confirm whether the part suits our processes.

Do you make hex nuts?

We do not currently make hex nuts. For shafts, pins, bushings or turned parts, please send your drawing for evaluation.
