The flanged parts shown
This photograph shows hollow metal parts with visible flanges. They are examples of custom bushings and spacers, with the finished part defined by a customer drawing. Gold or silver appearance does not establish the underlying alloy or a surface treatment. Specify the required material and condition for your order rather than choosing them from the pictured colour.
Review the bore and outside together
Give the bore, outside diameter and overall length, including the relationship to the mating shaft or housing. Identify the surfaces and dimensions that need particular inspection. If fit is important to the assembly, state the requirement on the drawing. A photograph does not show the bore specification or establish that a bushing will interchange with an existing component.
Define the flange and surrounding features
Show flange diameter, thickness and position, with the transitions, edges and any additional details. Include the required material, heat treatment or surface treatment for review with the geometry. We manufacture the metal component. If your sample combines metal with plastic, explain which element needs evaluation; external plastic processing is outside the service described on this page.

Questions
Does the gold colour mean the part is brass?
The photograph does not verify the alloy. Specify the required grade, standard and condition in your enquiry, together with any surface treatment, for confirmation during review.
Can you evaluate a sample with plastic attached?
We evaluate the metal component. If plastic has to be removed to assess it, we seek your agreement first. We do not process the external plastic part.
